Privacy Statement

Summit Investment Guidance Partners, LLC (“Advosion”) is committed to safeguarding the confidential information of all clients and potential clients. We do not provide any personal information to list vendors or solicitors for any marketing or other purpose. Personal information about you will be maintained during the time you are a client, and for the required time thereafter that such records are required to be maintained by federal and state securities laws. After this required period of record retention, all such information will be destroyed.

Advosion maintains physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to protect the nonpublic personal information (“information”) of both clients and potential clients. Through our privacy policy and its underlying procedures, we attempt to secure the confidentiality, and protect against anticipated threats or hazards to the security or integrity, of customer records and information.

It is Advosion policy to restrict access to all current, former and potential client information (information and records pertaining to personal background, investment objectives, financial situation, tax information/returns, investment holdings, account numbers, account balances, etc.) to those employees and affiliated/nonaffiliated entities who need to know that information to provide services to the client. Advosion may disclose the client’s information if it is: (1) previously authorized to disclose the information to individuals and/or entities not affiliated with Advosion, including, but not limited to the client’s other professional advisors and/or service providers (attorney, accountant, insurance agent, broker-dealer, investment adviser, account custodian, etc.); (2) required to do so by judicial or regulatory process; or (3) otherwise permitted to do so in accordance with the parameters of applicable federal and/or state privacy regulations.

The disclosure of information contained in any document completed by the client for processing and/or transmittal by Advosion to facilitate the commencement, continuation or termination of a business relationship between the client and a nonaffiliated third party service provider (broker-dealer, investment adviser, account custodian, insurance company, etc.), including information contained in any document completed and/or executed by the client for Advosion (Investment Guidance Agreement, information forms, questionnaires, etc.), shall be deemed as having been automatically authorized by the client with respect to the corresponding nonaffiliated third party service provider.

Advosion permits only authorized employees and affiliates who have signed a copy of our Privacy Policy to access client information. Employees violating the Privacy Policy will be subject to disciplinary actions. If and when Advosion engages other individuals or organizations to provide services to Advosion clients, such individuals or organizations will be required to sign confidentiality agreements and honor the Privacy Policy.

Please contact Scott M. Pruski, Chief Compliance Officer, if you have any questions regarding this privacy information.
